Description
The Multicore Fiber Optic Cable connects your camera’s built-in flash to compatible Kraken video lights for burst mode sync. When your camera fires, the burst port on the light detects the flash signal via fiber optic and fires a brightness spike timed to your shutter — producing better results on macro subjects than continuous light alone.
The multicore construction transmits more light than standard single-core cables, which means faster and more reliable triggering, especially at lower camera flash power settings. The heavier build also handles the mechanical stress of repeated dives better than thinner alternatives.
