Refunds & Returns Policy
Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Kraken Sports purchase. If you’re not happy, we’ll make it right.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened O-ring kits and consumables
- Items that have been used underwater
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper O-ring maintenance
- Special order or custom items
- Sale items (unless defective)
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method (return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is defective)
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days
Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or model, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. This is the fastest way to get the right product.
